By accepting the customer’s terms and conditions, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy. Therefore, it’s imperative for you to read and review it carefully as this will help you understand our privacy practices comprehensively. In case you do not agree or conform to this Privacy Policy, do not accept the customer terms and conditions or use our services. We are incorporating this Privacy Policy in reference to the customer terms and conditions.

What Information Do We Collect?

1.Information You Provide To Us

We may ask you to provide or share with us certain protected information. We may collect this information by using different means and in various places through our services. These include account registration forms, contact us forms and when you directly interact with our team. After you sign up to the services, you create a user profile with us. We shall ask you to provide us some protected information, which for lawful purposes, are necessary to be collected before we render you our services. The data fields that are compulsory to be filled may include:

  • Password

  • Address

  • Mobile Phone Number

  • ZIP Code

Information Collected By Our Mobile Application

Our customers can also avail our services by using our mobile application. We may collect and use technical data and all the related information when you use our Mobile Applications. Therefore, it shall collect some or all of the undermentioned information from the device you use.

  • Preferred Language and Country site

  • Your Geolocation

  • Data from text messages after receiving device permissions for the purpose of:

    • 1. To issue and receive OTPs and device verifications.

    • 2. To automatically fill the verification details at the time of making financial transactions.

It is essential for you to understand that all this is done in accordance with the applicable law. We do not share, transfer or disseminate SMS/ text message data to any third party other than the ones already stipulated or mentioned in our Privacy Policy.

Using The Collected Information

Our primary goal and the rationale behind collecting this information is to provide all our esteemed clients an accentuated experience whenever they avail our services. That is to say, we use your information in order to closely monitor the features of the services which are mostly used. This makes it easier for you to access your trip history, rate our services and share feedback regarding anything we need to ameliorate or alter them at the same time.

  • Based on the protected information you share with us, we shall send you a welcoming email to verify your registered account, your username and the password.

  • We use your Internet Protocol (IP) address in case we need to diagnose problems with our computer server or for administering our website. For illustrative purposes, IP addresses are used to identify our clients and do not contain any kind of personal information about them.

  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Prolo wheels

  • -Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, we ensure that we strictly make announcements related to our services and only if it is necessary. For example, on an occasion when our services are temporarily suspended for maintenance purposes, we may send you an email. However, if you do not wish to receive any such emails from our end, you also get an option to deactivate your account or put in a request to block such messages from our side.

  • We can use your information for preventing or identifying any violations of our Privacy Policy or any other terms and conditions vis-a-vis our Mobile Application. This information also proves useful to us when it comes to investigating any fraudulent activity or a chargeback.

  • We may share your protected information with our driver so that he may contact you and find you or access your shared location. Similarly, your geo-location information is used for various purposes such as to view the cabs that are near your location, setting your pick-up location, sending you promotions or offers and allow you to choose as per your needs and requirements.

Security

All the information we collect is securely stored within our databases. We use security practices which are standard and commercially reasonable such as encryption, firewalls in order to protect our client information. However, it is absolutely indispensable to understand that although encryption technology is quite effective, no security system is impenetrable. Hence, it's advisable to never share your account information or password details with anyone. We assure and guarantee that we do not share, rent or trade your protected information under any circumstances.

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 1. After Booking, If the Customer Cancels the Trip Up to 4 Hrs. then a full refund will be Initiated the same day and the Company will take no Charge at all.

  • 2. If the Customer cancels the Trip Just before onboarding or at the Last 4 hrs of Departure, The Company will Charge Rs. 1000/-(INR) as Vehicle Chauffeur Holding Charge. Remain amount will be refunded on the Same Day.

  • 3. All Payment Or Refunds would be made through online Transfer.

  • 4. Please Read all payment terms before proceeding with any booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Cancellation Charges:
    • Chauffeur Drive vehicles –
      • For Economy/Executive cars:
        • a ) Cancellation made more than 4 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil.

          b) Cancellation within 4 hours before dispatch or no show once the car has left garage: MINIMUM PACKAGE

        For Luxury, Royale, Vans and Coaches:
        • a) Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil.

          b) Cancellation charges up to 48 hours before dispatch or no show once the car has left our garage: Full Day (8hr/80kms).

        For Spot Rental Bookings –
        • a) Zero cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled before 24 hours.

          b) If booking is cancelled within 24 hours, 30% of the total fare will be charged.

          c) In case of No show, 50% of the total fare will be charged.

Credit Card Payment:

PROLO ON WHEELS PVT LTD is authorized to charge the final bill amount upon the completion of your service. In case of “No Show” or “Cancellation”, PROLO ON WHEELS PVT LTD will be authorized to charge retention as per terms for No show and cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refund will be made within 8 working hours or next business day after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy.

You can cancel your booking through website, app or support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy which is as follows:-

  • i. Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the booking start time, no cancellation charge will be applicable.

  • ii. Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the booking’s start time/ No show: 50% of the base fare or 1 day Rental or 12 hour rent (whichever is higher) will be charged as cancellation fees.
